If you completed online enrollment for medical insurance via EPAY, you should receive an ID card at your home address within a few weeks.

If you do not receive your ID card, or if you have any questions, please contact to Anthem Blue Cross directly at via the Anthem website or by calling (855) 333-5730.

Please note it takes a few weeks from the time you complete your online enrollment until you show up as active in Anthem Blue Cross's system.
