If you completed online enrollment for medical insurance via UKG, you should receive a United Healthcare ID card at your home address within a few weeks. You will not receive an ID card in the mail for dental or vision. You can register on Myuhc.com, and download the UnitedHealthcare app which allows you to:
• Find nearby care options in your network.
• Estimate costs.
• Video chat with a doctor 24/7.*
• View and share your health or dental plan ID card.
• See your claim details and view progress toward your deductible.

Please note it takes a few weeks from the time you complete your online enrollment until you show up as active in United Healthcare's system.
