While on assignment, you are eligible to accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked. You may use this accrued time based on the laws of your State. For example, in California, you can use accrued sick time after 90 days of employment, but in New York, Colorado and New Mexico there is no waiting period. Accrued sick leave may only be used for your own illness, injury, or medical care, treatment or diagnosis, or to provide aid or care to family members. To use your sick leave, you must give your Candidate Success Manager (CSM) reasonable notice whenever possible. Your CSM will then contact your assignment supervisor.
