Your 2021 & 2022 W-2 are available in your UKG Self Service portal. If you're not able to login, please reach out to people@premiertalentpartners.com for assistance.
Your 2019 and 2020 W2 are available in your Epay Self Service portal. Please reach out to payroll@premiertalentpartners.com to request a copy of your W-2.
For 2018 and Prior W2's:
Log into your Employee Self Service portal in Paylocity Under the “Pay” section select a check date highlighted in blue (doesn’t matter which one). On the left hand side there will be an option to select “Tax Forms”
