By accepting any temporary assignment through Premier, you understand it is on an at-will basis and regardless of the expressed end date, there is no guarantee that Premier Talent Partners or our clients will employ you for any specific length of time. Employment at-will may be terminated for any lawful reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice at any time by you, the client, or Premier Talent Partners. Any contrary representations which may have been made to you are superseded by this agreement.
This is the full and complete agreement between you and Premier Talent Partners on this term. Although your job duties, title, compensation and benefits, as well as Premier Talent Partners' personnel policies and procedures, may change from time to time, the “at will” nature of your employment may only be changed in an express written agreement signed by you and Premier Talent Partners' Chief Executive Officer.
