You can use up to 2 working days of sick time to grieve the death of a family member or make arrangements in the event of a death in the family. "Immediate family" is defined as: father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, domestic partner, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren.
Sick time is accrued at a rate of one hour per every 30 hours worked. You will be eligible to use your accrued sick time, after 90 days of employment or in accordance with your state laws.
If you need to take time off to grieve the death of a family member, please reach out to your Candidate Success Manager (CSM) as early as possible so they can appropriately communicate with the client.
