You can use up to two (2) working days of accrued sick time to grieve the death of a family member or make arrangements in the event of a death in the family. Where state or local law provides for additional or different bereavement leave, Premier will comply with applicable requirements.

"Immediate family" is defined as: father, mother, brother, sister, spouse, domestic partner, child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren.

Sick time is accrued at a rate of one hour per every 30 hours worked.

If you need to take time off to grieve the death of a family member, please reach out to your Candidate Success Manager (CSM) as early as possible so they can appropriately communicate with the client.
